Smar²tel Learning Links is a State Board of Education (SBE) approved provider for SB 472 English Learner professional development, grades K-6. The goal of the SB 472 ELPD is to increase English learner student achievement by developing the competencies of teachers and paraeducators to effectively assess and teach the continuum of language skills, knowledge, and instructional strategies that promote English language proficiency and academic success including ELD standards, content standards, and instructional materials.
